PSN Compliance Testimonial Video

We reported late last year that Regency successfully aided Cheltenham Borough Council (CBC) out of a Public Services Network (PSN) compliance black hole. Please take a look at our customer testimonial video, which we’re grateful to Andrew North, CBC’s Chief Executive, for taking the time to talk about our level of customer service.

During the testimony, Andrew discusses his lack of understanding of what he and his leadership, security and ICT teams found to be the rigorous demands of the Cabinet Office. However, using our professional experiences we were able to easily demystify those requirements and help them achieve their PSN connectivity goals.

Since then, and through the recommendation from Andrew North, we have also provided similar assistance to the Forest of Dean District Council (FoDDC) – also resulting in their own PSN Certificate of Compliance.

Since leaving the key security personalities in both of these organisations in an educated position to be able to maintain their individual compliances, we have been re-engaged to briefly assist both FoDDC and CBC under the auspices of their participation in the Gloucestershire Oxfordshire (GO) Partnership and the project to adopt a single PSN Consumer presence whilst sharing a collaborated ICT service.
